The Golden Women Awards winners directory is not just a list of names — it is a living testament to what becomes possible when women's excellence receives the recognition it deserves.
Since our inaugural awards ceremony, the Golden Women Awards has honored more than 3,200 women across 50+ countries and 25+ industries. Each entry in our winners directory represents a story of courage, perseverance, innovation, and impact — a woman who chose to pursue excellence and was recognized by an independent panel of global experts for doing so.
Our Hall of Fame features women at every stage of their careers: 24-year-old founders who launched their first products, 45-year-old CEOs who transformed global organizations, 60-year-old social entrepreneurs who built movements from scratch. Excellence knows no age, no geography, and no single definition. The diversity of our winners directory reflects that truth.
Every year, new names are added to this directory — women who join a global community of recognized achievers, gain access to our exclusive winner network, and carry the credibility of the Golden Women Award forward into every room they enter. This is your invitation to join them. Submit your nomination for 2026 and let the world see what you have built.

92% of surveyed Golden Women Award winners report that receiving the award meaningfully accelerated their career, business growth, or professional influence beyond what they had anticipated.
Receiving the Golden Women Award was the single most impactful professional moment of my decade in business. Within three months, I closed a partnership with a Fortune 500 company that had never responded to my emails before. The award changed how the world sees me, and more importantly, how I see myself as a leader capable of operating at a global level.
I self-nominated with genuine uncertainty about whether I was "worthy." The fact that I won told me something important about my own imposter syndrome. The judges saw what I had built clearly, even when I sometimes doubted it myself. The award gave me the confidence to pursue opportunities I would previously have considered out of reach — and I have been winning them ever since.
The Women Startup Award was our startup's breakthrough moment. We had been grinding for three years with great product-market fit but low external visibility. The award gave us international credibility overnight. Our Series A closed seven months later. I genuinely believe the award was a direct contributor to that outcome — investors called us, not the other way around.
Real stories. Real impact. Watch women award recipients share their journey.
